These Terms govern the advisory engagements offered through sidwuo.com. Sidwuo provides independent executive advisory to help leadership teams decide how AI should reshape workflows, the firm, governance, workforce practices, and competitive position.
1. Structure and Acceptance
1.1 Agreement
This Master Advisory Services Agreement, together with the description of the selected service, any proposal or statement of work, and any applicable order or checkout confirmation, forms the agreement between the Advisor and the Client.
