28 executives aligned around which AI opportunities deserved organisational commitment

28senior executives

The challenge

Senior executives were exploring AI applications but needed a structured way to distinguish interesting possibilities from opportunities worth pursuing. Without a shared evaluation approach, the leadership team risked spreading attention across attractive ideas without a clear basis for investment or commitment.

The ambiguity or divergence

Different leaders could assess the same AI possibility through different lenses, including strategic value, operational impact, risk, feasibility, and implementation requirements. The central ambiguity was not whether AI was interesting, but which opportunities deserved organisational commitment.

The engagement

Sidwuo worked with 28 executives to identify AI applications, assess organisational impact and value potential, prioritise opportunities, and develop implementation roadmaps. AI concepts were translated into an executive decision context suitable for non-technical leaders.
